From the moment you access the iw002 website, mobile platform, or any service provided by iw002, you are considered to have agreed to these terms and all related policies we publish.

• These terms form the legal agreement between the user and the iw002 platform.

2.2 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide complete and accurate personal information when opening an account. Accounts registered with false information may have funds frozen and be closed.

• Only one account per person is allowed. Opening duplicate or similar accounts is prohibited.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and must not share it with any third party.
• If your password is compromised, change it immediately and notify customer service.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

You must submit valid and complete identity documents when processing withdrawals or when requested by iw002. Accounts that have not completed verification may have financial transactions restricted.

On the iw002 platform, deposits and withdrawals can be made via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and Bank Transfer.

3.1 Minimum Amount

• Deposit — minimum 5,000 Ks per transaction. This limit applies to all supported payment methods.
• Withdrawal — minimum 20,000 Ks per transaction.

3.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawals are normally completed within 10–45 minutes. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification or are currently under review may experience longer processing times.

3.3 Currency Policy

• We may require that withdrawals be made using the same method used for the original deposit.
• If financial fraud is suspected, iw002 may temporarily suspend transactions and conduct an investigation.
• All financial transactions are conducted in Myanmar Kyat (MMK).

4.1 First Deposit Bonus

Get a 200% bonus on your first deposit — up to a maximum of 200,000 Ks. A wagering requirement of 15x the bonus amount must be met before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

• Example — deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 40,000 Ks bonus, giving a total balance of 60,000 Ks. The wagering requirement is 40,000 Ks × 15 = 600,000 Ks. Once met, the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Example — deposit 220,000 Ks and receive a 200,000 Ks bonus, giving a total balance of 420,000 Ks. The wagering requirement is 200,000 Ks × 15 = 3,000,000 Ks. Once met, the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

4.2 General Bonus Policy

• The terms applied to each bonus are the specific conditions set out for that particular bonus.
• If iw002 finds that a bonus has been used in breach of the gaming policy with the intent to extract profit, the bonus will be voided and the account may be closed.
• iw002 reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions without prior notice.

5.1 Game Result Integrity

Results of games offered by iw002 are generated by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), guaranteeing fair play.

5.2 Technical Malfunction

• Any winnings incorrectly awarded due to a server error or software malfunction will be considered the property of iw002 and will be reclaimed.
• If a malfunction is found to have been deliberately and repeatedly exploited, iw002 may close the relevant account.

5.3 Live Casino Policy

In live casino games, no decision can be changed once it has been made by the player. Any action taken by pressing a button yourself is considered confirmed and final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited in order to protect the fairness and security of the service—

• Bonus abuse using strategies that allow you to hedge positions against yourself to eliminate risk.
• Financial fraud or money laundering (Money Laundering).
• Manipulating gameplay using hacking techniques, bots, automated software, or collusion.
• Accessing from restricted regions using a personal VPN or proxy.
• Depositing or withdrawing using a third party's funds.
• Playing on behalf of a person under 21 years of age.

iw002 may suspend a user's account without prior notice in the following situations—

• A violation of these terms has been found.
• During an ongoing financial fraud investigation — if the investigation concludes and no wrongdoing is found, the account may be reinstated.
• During suspension related to a disputed balance — once the dispute is resolved, the remaining balance may be released.
• In the event that iw002 must cease operations entirely, we will make every effort to return any legitimate remaining balances.
